Schedule of Responsibilities

1.Formulation and implementation of plans and policies on education, medical care, culture (including press, publication, radio and television), sports, and social security;

2.Overall planning of resource allocation for and construction of education, medical care, culture (including press, publication, radio, and television), sports, and social security services;

3.Establishing a supervision and management system for education, medical care, culture (including press, publication, radio, and television), and sports industries;

4.Performing exchanges and cooperation in the fields of education, medical treatment, culture (including press, publication, radio, and television), and sports;

5.Overall planning of the formulation and implementation of social insurance policies related to pension, unemployment, and work-related injury; improving the labor security mechanism and social pension service system;

6.Overall planning and facilitating issues related to the development of Macao Youth in Hengqin;

7.Performing other duties as assigned by the Executive Committee.
