Schedule of Responsibilities

1.Implementing the principles, policies, laws, and regulations of statistics work;

2.Accounting the Gross Regional Product of the cooperation zone, compiling and preparing national economic accounting data;

3.Organizing and implementing the general survey of the population, economy, and other major statistics in the zone as well as data summarization, sorting, and provision;

4.Organization and implementation of industry statistical surveys;

5.Innovating the statistical methods related to the national economy of the zone, and launching studies and compilation of an index system for the zone to promote the moderate and diversified development of Macao's economy;

6.Organizing the annual evaluation of the effectiveness of the zone’s construction and promotion of the moderately diversified economic development of Macao;

7. Performing other duties as assigned by the Executive Committee.
