Schedule of Responsibilities

1.Implementing fiscal and taxation policies, laws, and regulations, and proposing fiscal and taxation policies based on studies to promote the economic and social development of the cooperation zone;

2.Preparing the drafts of annual financial revenue and expenditure budget and final accounts of the zone and their implementation after approval;

3.Conducting performance evaluation on the use of financial funds;

4.Supervision and management of public assets in the zone;

5.Management of public procurement;

6.Organizing exchanges and cooperation on finance and tax between the cooperation zone and other regions at home and abroad;

7.Performing other duties as assigned by the Executive Committee.
