Schedule of Responsibilities

1.Formulating development plan and relevant policies of the financial industry in the cooperation zone and organizing their implementation;

2.Promoting the construction of the financial market system, improving the overall layout of the financial industry, promoting financial reform and innovation, introducing financial institutions and cultivating financial talents for the development of the financial industry;

3.Preventing and resolving financial risks, coordinating the emergency response of financial emergencies, organizing prevention and dealing with illegal fund-raising as well as financial knowledge publicity and risk education to investors;

4.Liaising with financial regulatory institutions, assisting in the supervision of the financial industry in the zone, cooperating with the anti-money laundering work, and strengthening exchanges of regional financial supervision;

5.Supervising local financial institutions including financial leasing, commercial factoring, small loan, financing guarantee companies and pawnbrokers in the zone; supervising trading places involving bulk commodities, rights and interests, and intellectual property rights;

6.Organizing international financial cooperation and exchange for the deepening of regional financial cooperation;

7.Performing other duties as assigned by the Executive Committee.
