Schedule of Responsibilities

1.Coordinating policy innovation and legal affairs of the in-depth cooperation zone; organizing policy research, reform and innovation for the study and formulation of policies, regulations, and normative documents; and coordinating and promoting the legislative work related to the zone;

2.Acting as legal adviser for legitimacy reviews of normative documents and government contracts and agreements;

3.Coordinating and promoting the construction of public legal service system and platform, and optimizing the layout of public legal service resources;

4.Coordinating and promoting the effective connection between laws, systems and rules and international high-standard systems and rules;

5.Handling of administrative reconsideration, administrative litigation, civil litigation, state compensation, and more; organizing publicity and education on the rule of law;

6.Performing other duties as assigned.
