Schedule of Responsibilities

1.Day-to-day operations including official document processing, conference activities, confidential files, and confidentiality, as well as coordination and liaison work;

2.Personnel management, organization establishment, salary and welfare, education and training, assessment, reward and punishment, and more;

3.Public relations, publicity, and disclosure of government affairs;

4.Internal administrative affairs management and integrated logistics support;

5.Handling of concrete work of the Management Committee Secretariat; meeting preparation, topic management, supervising and coordinating the implementation of the decisions of the Management Committee and Executive Committee

6.Performing other duties as assigned.
