Procedures:

(1) Electronization (online)

Option 1 (electronic signature mode): independent declaration of the name of the commercial subject (not essential) → filing of the application materials by the commercial subject → automatic generation of the documents and forms → electronic signature by the commercial subject → approval by the registration authority → obtaining the business license by the commercial subject (verification of the registered documents)

Option 2 (manual signature mode): independent declaration of the name of the commercial subject (not essential) → filing of the application materials by the commercial subject → automatic generation of the documents and forms → preliminary examination by the registration authority → downloading, printing, and signing of the standardized application documents by the commercial subject → submission at the service counter → approval by the registration authority → obtaining the business license by the commercial subject (verification of the registered documents)
