From October 22 to 25, the 30th Macao International Trade and Investment Fair (MIF) was held at the Venetian Macao Cotai Expo. The Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin marked its continued presence at the event with its dedicated Hengqin Pavilion, which featured a new exhibition area, "Service Centre for Economy and Trade between China and Portuguese/Spanish-speaking countries," for the first time.

Guided by the theme of "Hengqin-Macao Integration, Industrial Interaction," the 405-square-meter pavilion brought together 34 enterprises to showcase the latest achievements across four major industries: sci-tech research and high-end manufacturing, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), cultural tourism and conventions, and modern finance.

The pavilion features large-scale LED screens and interactive multimedia walls to create a modern exhibition space that integrates corporate displays, conferences, and product experience zones. To enhance visitor engagement, the pavilion also includes dedicated areas for interactive experiences, R&D and high-end manufacturing, and an interactive photo zone.

A highlight of this year's pavilion, the newly established Service Centre for Economy and Trade between China and Portuguese/Spanish-speaking countries introduced its range of services and participating companies. As a key platform for deepening cooperation with Portuguese-speaking markets, the centre aims to further expand international economic and trade channels between Hengqin and the world.
