The Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin launched its first international high-end talent community on October 26, with an unveiling ceremony held at the roadshow centre of the Service Centre for Economy and Trade between China and Portuguese/Spanish-speaking Countries (CECPS). At the event, representatives of the first batch of residents received keys and welcome packages.

The first phase of the community is located in Buildings No. 3 and No. 4 of Songqin Residences. All residences are three-bedroom units and fully furnished with furniture and home appliances. Talents can pay discounted rent and receive a separate housing subsidy directly. Eligible talents can move in without a separate approval process.

The community offers comprehensive services, covering settlement, daily living, family care, health services, as well as cultural and social activities, with dedicated coordinators providing personalized support.
