The Macao University of Tourism–César Ritz Colleges Switzerland Centre for Innovative Talent Development will open applications for its joint Bachelor of Science in Intelligent and Innovative Management with the first intake in 2027. The centre was established by the Macao University of Tourism (UTM) and the Swiss Education Group (SEG) on December 3, 2025.
UTM is a public institution of higher education under the Macao SAR Government and one of Macao’s three public universities eligible to enrol students from the Chinese mainland.

César Ritz Colleges Switzerland (CRCS) holds Swiss federal accreditation and is listed among the eligible universities under Hong Kong’s Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS), a talent admission scheme to attract high-income talent and graduates from top universities worldwide.

Students in the joint bachelor’s programme can choose between two study pathways, and graduate with two distinct Bachelor’s degrees awarded by UTM and CRCS, reflecting the programme’s joint academic value.
Under the four-year option, students can complete the full programme within UTM’s system, at either its Macao or Hengqin campus. Under the other option, students can complete the first two and a half years of foundational study at UTM, followed by one and a half years at CRCS, where they study in an international setting and gain hands-on experience of Swiss-style business management and innovation practice.
