On August 22, the Executive Committee of the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and Cotti Coffee (China) Co., Ltd. formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement during a ceremony at the Hengqin Citizen Service Center.

As one of China's leading coffee chains, Cotti Coffee currently operates in 28 countries and regions worldwide with over 16,500 stores, ranking third globally in store count. This agreement marks the official establishment of Cotti Coffee's management headquarters in the Cooperation Zone.

Under the agreement, Cotti Coffee will set up its management headquarters in Hengqin to advance product R&D, supply chain management, information system development, brand management, and store operations. The headquarters is expected to employ over 1,000 staff members. The company will actively contribute to Hengqin's development and industrial upgrading while attracting top talent from Macao youth and enhancing international cooperation.

The signing was witnessed by Wu Chuangwei, Director of the Economic Development Bureau of the Cooperation Zone, and Li Yingbo, Chief Strategy Officer of Cotti Coffee. 

Cotti Coffee Strategic Committee Chairman Lu Zhengyao stated: "Hengqin's strategic location, pioneering policies, and professional team deeply impressed us. We aim to leverage these advantages to expand globally while strengthening our domestic presence. As future ‘Hengqin residents,’ we are committed to growing Cotti Coffee while contributing to Hengqin's economic development."
