Notice on the Repeal of Four Normative Documents, Including the Notice by the Construction and Environmental Protection Bureau of Hengqin New Area on the Administration of Credit Evaluation for Safety and Quality Inspection Institutes of Construction Projects in Hengqin New Area

All relevant departments:

In accordance with the Regulations on Promoting the Development of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and the Announcement by the Executive Committee of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin on Assuming the Rights and Obligations of the Former Hengqin New Area Administrative Committee, and in light of the actual circumstances of the Cooperation Zone, it has been decided, following deliberation and approval by the Executive Committee, to repeal the following four normative documents:

1. Notice by the Construction and Environmental Protection Bureau of Hengqin New Area on the Administration of Credit Evaluation for Safety and Quality Inspection Institutes of Construction Projects in Hengqin New Area (No. 241 [2020] of the Construction and Environmental Protection Bureau of the Hengqin New Area Administrative Committee)

2. Notice by the Construction and Environmental Protection Bureau of Hengqin New Area on Improving the Business Environment and Optimizing the Procedures for Construction Permits (Notice No. 57 [2019] of the Construction and Environmental Protection Bureau of the Hengqin New Area Administrative Committee)

3. Notice by the Office of Hengqin New Area Administrative Committee on Issuing the the Innovative Plan for the Management Model of Social Investment Construction Projects in Hengqin New Area (No. 156 [2016] of the Office of the Hengqin New Area Administrative Committee)

4. Notice on Issuing the Measures for the Administration of Tunnels in Hengqin New Area of Zhuhai (For Trial Implementation) (No. 32 [2014] of the Office of the Hengqin New Area Administrative Committee)

This Notice shall take effect from the date of its promulgation.
